01 Why

Outsourcing works until the procedure changes.

Externally developed training is fine on the day it is delivered. The problem starts afterwards: an installation gets extended, a procedure changes, a supplier ships different equipment, and every adjustment needs another quotation, another slot in the planning and another lead time.

Meanwhile your own team has known what changed for weeks. What is missing is not the knowledge, but the instructional skill and the structure to turn that knowledge into material other people can follow.

02 In practice

Handover only works with real material.

A train-the-trainer built out of practice cases produces participants who understood it and then do nothing with it. So we work on a real module you need anyway: it gets built during the programme and goes into use afterwards.

That also means handing over the templates, prompts and quality checks we work with ourselves. Including the AI support in production, which turns the job from writing into editing, and that is exactly the point where a subject matter expert becomes productive without having to become an instructional designer.

Once the programme ends you can develop on your own, and we stay available for the parts where specialism genuinely pays off: 3D, animation, complex simulation.
