Your procedures change. So does your training, without it taking months.
Most training content is out of date the moment it is finished. Procedures change, installations get modified, new staff ask questions the module does not answer. We use AI to speed up development and updating enough that your training keeps pace with your operation, without giving up technical depth.

AI speeds up the process. Technical knowledge and quality judgement stay human.
Traditional training design takes months: intake conversations, storyboards, review rounds, production, revisions. What comes out is a module that is accurate but ages quickly once procedures or installations change.
We use AI at three points in our process. First in knowledge extraction: structured interviews with experts are processed into organised knowledge structures that serve directly as the basis for content. Second in structuring the content: AI generates a first outline from that knowledge structure and the chosen format. Third in localisation, where automated translation plus native speaker review replaces the full translation process.
What AI does not do: judge the quality of the content, validate safety, or take the final decision about what belongs in a module. That stays with our instructional designers and technical reviewers.
What an AI-accelerated project looks like
- Week 1 Knowledge session, A structured interview with your expert or experts. AI supports the analysis and structuring.
- Week 2 First draft, Content generated from the knowledge structure. Storyboard ready for review.
- Week 3 Review and revision, The expert validates the content, with feedback processed within 48 hours.
- Week 4 Production and delivery, Final module ready, localisation included where wanted.
AI-accelerated development works best on time-critical or scalable projects.
Strongly suitable
- › Urgent knowledge transfer from experts about to leave
- › A large volume of content in a short time (shutdown preparation, onboarding after a merger)
- › Translation and localisation into several languages
- › Iterative development where content has to be updated quickly
- › Converting existing documentation into interactive modules
Conditions
- › A technical review by an expert is always required before publication
- › AI-generated content for safety-critical procedures gets an extra validation round
- › Localisation always requires native speaker review; no AI-only translation for critical content
Solutions where AI development pays off fastest.
AI acceleration is available across every STARK solution, but it returns most on knowledge-intensive or multilingual work.
How the process is set up.
Knowledge extraction
Structured interviews (1 to 3 sessions per expert). AI supports analysis, categorisation and spotting gaps.
Content output
E-learning modules, microlearning series, VR scripts, work instructions, depending on the chosen format.
Localisation
AI translation base plus native speaker review per language. Suitable for 6 to 12 languages. Lead time per extra language: 3 to 5 working days.
Quality assurance
Always at least one technical review round by a domain expert. Safety-critical content gets double validation.
Revision cycle
Feedback processed within 48 hours. Unlimited revisions within the project scope.
Data security
Knowledge sessions are treated as confidential. Content is not shared with external AI services without permission.
