01 Why

The bottleneck is rarely the model.

A language model writes a learning module about gas-free working in twenty seconds. That module reads well. It is also not based on your installation, your zoning or your procedure, and nothing about it gives that away. Precisely that makes the first demonstration so convincing and the second phase so hard.

In industrial organisations it then stalls on three points almost every time. The source material is not in order, so whatever gets built on top inherits the fault. There is no agreed moment at which a subject matter expert approves it, so nobody dares release it. And there is no owner, so it stays with the enthusiast who set it up in the first place.

None of the three is a technical problem. All three can be solved, and that is the work we come and stand alongside you for. What AI speeds up afterwards is considerable, but it is the second step and not the first.

Your SOP contains everything someone needs to know and was never written to learn from. Converting it into a module is laborious handwork, and that is where the largest time saving sits. The subject matter check stays human work.

As soon as translation stops being the expensive factor, the availability of reviewers decides how many languages you train in. That is a factor you can organise, and it changes who you really reach on the work floor.

Keeping material current

Laying a changed procedure alongside the existing material and pulling out what no longer holds. When updating drops from an hour to ten minutes, the threshold below which a change is left alone shifts.

Opening up knowledge

An assistant that answers from your documentation, cites its source, and stays quiet when the answer is not in there. For safety-critical instruction it refers on to the procedure itself.

What we do not do

We do not write an AI strategy for your organisation and we stay out of your IT and security policy. Other parties handle that, and the question is broader than learning and documentation.

Nor do we let a model decide what is safe. Wherever something touches a safety-critical action, a subject matter expert keeps the last word, and we fix that in the process rather than leaving it to the good intentions of whoever happens to be using it.
