Rolling out training is one thing. Proving it works is another.
A well-configured learning management system tells you who followed what, what they learned, and where the gaps are. Not as an administrative system, but as an instrument for measuring and improving training effectiveness. We build content that integrates cleanly with your LMS, and help you configure the system so it earns its keep.

From training administration to insight into learning effect.
Most organisations use their LMS primarily as a registration system: who completed which module, and when. That is useful for compliance, but it says nothing about whether the training actually did anything.
We build content that reports more detailed data through xAPI: not just "completed" or "passed", but which decisions somebody made, where they hesitated, which questions went wrong and which scenarios were abandoned. That data is the difference between an administrative system and an instrument for learning intelligence.
Where there is no LMS yet, or the current system does not fit what you need, we help you make the right choice. We are not tied to one platform; we advise on the basis of your situation, your scale and your IT environment.
What a well-configured LMS gives you
- › Insight into completion per employee, team, site or contractor
- › Early sight of knowledge risks before they turn into an incident
- › An exportable audit trail for external inspections and certification
- › Follow-up training steered by individual performance
- › Evidence of competence per employee, not just of attendance
LMS configuration turns urgent the moment you want to prove what training delivers.
Reasons to look at LMS advice or configuration
- › You have several training initiatives but no central overview
- › Auditors ask for evidence of individual competence, not just attendance
- › You work with contractors who need a separate record
- › You want to move from SCORM to xAPI for richer data
- › You have an LMS but nobody uses the reporting functions
Not necessary when
- › You are building a single module for a small team, where a simple SCORM upload is enough
- › Your organisation already runs a healthy LMS with current reporting
Every STARK solution integrates with your LMS.
Every module STARK builds is available as SCORM or xAPI, ready for upload to your platform.
Standards and compatibility.
SCORM 1.2
Broadly compatible, suitable for completion and score records. Recommended for older LMS environments.
SCORM 2004
More extensive status tracking than SCORM 1.2. Suitable for modules with several SCOs or complex navigation.
xAPI (Tin Can)
The richest data model, recording individual decisions rather than only completion. Recommended for VR and scenario training.
LMS compatible
Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, TalentLMS, Moodle, Docebo, 360Learning, and any xAPI-compatible platform.
SSO/SAML
User management through your existing identity provider. No separate login flow for employees.
LRS (Learning Record Store)
xAPI data can be stored in your own LRS for analysis outside the LMS. We advise on how to set that up.
